Shipping & Deliveries

International orders are shipped via NZ Post.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email from Swordrill to confirm that your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us with your Order Number to check the status of your order. Tracking links should update within 1-2 working days.

Non delivery/return to sender

Failure to claim/collect your parcel within a reasonable time-frame, or/and provide the correct mailing may result in your parcel being returned to us. In the event your parcel is returned to us, there will be a once off shipping fee to re-send your parcel. 

Delivery

If you are not home to accept your package, NZ Post may leave a card in your letterbox detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office.

At Swordrill we try to do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Sometimes due to a number of reasons this doesn't always happen - if for some reason you believe your order may be not be progressing please reach out to our team via sales@swordrill.co.nz who are more than happy to help.
