Return Policy


Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact sales@swordrill.co.nz. Swordrill offers 12 months warranty from time of purchase for the following:

  • Any defects in materials used to manufacture your product

  • Any defects in workmanship under normal use

  • Any broken components under normal use

Photo/Video evidence will be requested to prove the fault along with original proof of purchase. Replacements will only be given within the warranty period. Swordrill reserves the right to not grant warranty claims that it believes to be false, misleading, or malicious.

Product Use & Liability

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that Swordrill shall not be held liable for any damages to property or injuries to persons arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. This includes but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Commercial Use of Product

This product is not designed and intended for commercial use. If a fault has occurred during commercial use the claim can be rejected. Swordrill have the right to deny any warranty if the product has been used commercially


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you believe your order was damaged in transit please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to organise a replacement at sales@swordrill.co.nz Photos of the products received and packaging is needed to process replacement. 


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you have selected the wrong model Swordrill you will be required to pay the cost for us to send you the correct adaptor.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
